IWTC offer programs in assisting your employee's to cope with organisational change and the stresses of life that they may encounter at work, home or outside their working environment. Our professional, trained and fully experienced Counsellors, Therapists and Coaches offer fully supported and costed packages to enable you to fulfill your commitment to their well-being and mental health whilst enabling them to continue to work and continue to be a valuable asset to the organisation.

CBT depression work
Ian is accredited by and uses the IAPT Individual depression model as implemented by the Tavistock Centre. This model has been proven to help when people are experiencing depression to help them both to cope with both the depression and how it interacts within their world, the depressed person not being the problem and finding the solution. As this is a CBT structured program it does entail a number of sessions to fulfill the process, details of which can be discussed with Ian.
Clinical Psychology
Clinical psychologists treat people whose thought patterns and behaviour are a threat to their own and others’ wellbeing. They assess and provide treatment for people with a wide range of conditions such as depression, eating disorders and addiction.
Our specialist Clinical psychologist sees clients aged 14 upwards, specialising in emerging mental health difficulties especially hearing voices, complex trauma and self-harm. She has a history of working in the NHS in Early Intervention in Psychosis, but also having experience in secondary care adult mental health work and working as a qualified psychologist in Inpatient. She has been qualified for 3.5 years and registered with the HPC as a Clinical Psychologist.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Is working with Individuals who have life limiting behavioural problems helping them to understand their world and to move forward. Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a science-based approach to hypnosis, based on theories of the mind, and focuses on achieving solutions. It aims to gently, quickly and easily remove the root causes of unwanted behaviours so that the behaviours and problems naturally and permanently fade away.
Su has a M.A. Relationship therapy, University Advanced Diploma in Counselling, Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and a Diploma in NLP. She has practiced for over 8 years and can help Clients with relational and cognitive problems to clear confusion and bring clarity to your life and world. She sees Couples, Individuals and family members.
Mindfulness
Is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment and accepting it without judgement. It is particularly beneficial in working with "difficult" emotions. It has benefits at a mental, emotional, physical and general well being levels. Where appropriate, I can also use CBT (cognitive-behavioural techniques) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques to help you re-frame and reform your ways of thinking.
Mary has a M.A. Relationship Therapy, BSc, PNLP She has practiced as a Counsellor for over 14 years. Her counselling areas of Specialism are: Relationships: Couples, families, and individuals. Stress. Self-Esteem, Emotional difficulties. Anxiety. Worrying. Depression/low mood. Bereavement/loss. Lesbian/Gay issues.
Her personal Approaches to counselling are: Integrative and relational. Psycho-dynamic/Systemic therapy approaches with Attachment/Narrative therapy. Solution Focused Brief Therapy/Coaching. Mindfulness in Counselling.
Mary is a member of BACP and a member of the British Psychological Society.
